Life Coaching
Spiritual discernment development will provide clients with insight for specific issues including job loss, broken relationships, addiction recovery, unwanted same-sex attractions, or compulsive sexual behavior, and sexual identity confusion. Clients are expected to participate in home study and assigned activities intended to challenge existing self-beliefs. The goals for clients are developed based the desire for obtaining different results from a current life situation.

Marriage Coaching
For couples who are seeking to resolve marital difficulties that range from communication barriers to sexual intimacy concerns. Sessions will be designed to explore emotional deficits, increase self-awareness, and find personal paths for healing. Exercises will include spiritual restoration, relationship building skills, problem identification, communication mediation, and intimacy development. All sessions include Christ-centered material based on biblical principles for marriage.

Career Coaching
For those seeking to increase self-awareness, obtain vocational direction, and develop spiritual discernment while navigating through difficult circumstances. Clients are given encouragement and resources that can be applied to their unique life’s journey or vocational calling. Assignments may include research, writing, and interviewing.

Spiritual Growth Mentoring and Consultations
For individuals who have with spiritual concerns regarding their relationship with God. Clients will receive support in healing over past guilt from moral indiscretions and receiving God’s love and forgiveness. Others may need assistance in identifying unresolved parental attachments, unmet emotional needs, and spiritual strongholds from past sins that are blocking spiritual growth. Sessions will include prayer, scripture, spiritual exercises, and homework assignments to assist with individual spiritual journeys. Group sessions are also available consisting of 4-10 participants.

Relationship Reconciliation
For individuals, couples, or groups who are experiencing conflicts with each other, friends, co-workers, or those from their family-of-origin. Sessions will include relationship building skills, problem identification, conflict resolution, and personal introspection exercises from a Christian perspective. Clients will be challenged to explore themes of forgiveness, bitterness, anger, and unresolved past hurts from biblical narratives.

    • Individuals: $50/1 hour session
    Couples: $100/90-minute session
    Includes 1 weekly phone or email check up
